Depending on your package - complimentary breakfast will be served between 0900 Hours to 1100 hours daily. Lunch, Dinner and Snacks can be arranged at additional charges based on request. We request that you order all meals well in advance with the staff latest at the time of Breakfast or pervious night.
Pool Timings are 0800 Hours to 2000 Hours - Specific timings are also mentioned at respective locations
Use of the swimming pool is at the sole risk and responsibility of individual guest(s). No diving is allowed
Children at the pool must be supervised by an adult, at all times.
In accordance to local state Law, no loud music is allowed post 2200 Hours. We request guests to keep the music levels to a moderate level after stipulated time
Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. Guests may use the designated smoking areas, outside the villa/apartment or on balconies and terraces
Non-Residents are not allowed into the villa/apartments without the permission by management. Only those guests that are registered at the villa/apartments may stay overnight at the villa
Housekeeping service is available on request between 0930 Hours – 1730 Hours -timings can vary for respective locations. Hence do request in advance so the staff is prepared.
Guests are requested to use only the designated parking available at respective locations.
Arms and ammunition are not allowed within the guest house premises
We have a strict no drugs policy.
Pets are not allowed in the premises. Please discuss with the manager for alternative options or any possibility at certain locations.
The guest(s) shall be liable for losses or damages caused by them, their pets, their employees, other assistants or event participants with respect to the guest house property and assets.
The Guest House assumes no responsibility for loss or damages of valuables. Kindly ensure safekeeping of your belongings.
The management will not be responsible for any injury or ill health resulting from use of any of the guest house facilities or for accidents occurring from the guest house premises.
Any breakage or damage to accommodation must be reported immediately and must be paid for locally. We reserve rights to charge for damage or breakages not reported or found after departure.
Any guest found violating the above rules will be subject to immediate cancellation of the entire booking without refunds, and settlement of the full and final bill. The manager reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of any violations
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your holiday due to reasons beyond our control, all efforts will be made by us to arrange alternative accommodation. If despite the efforts similar alternate place is not available we will refund the money paid by you to us. The above offer will not apply in cases where the cancellation is the consequence of non-payment of any part of the cost of the holiday.
If the cancellation or any loss or damage arises due to "force majeure" such as acts of god, strikes, industrial actions, war disturbances of any type, government actions etc. or if there is any loss including erratic water and electricity supply or damages caused on account of the above we shall not be made liable.
We shall not be made liable for any accidents at the pool or at the beach or due to any slips and falls during your stay with us.
Any dispute arising shall be filed in the competent court having jurisdiction over Goa, India.
Rooms shall be booked only once we receive deposit of 30% of total stay cost and you shall be sent an acknowledgement of the payment. (Full payment is required for bookings during Peak Period).
Deposits vary between 30 - 50% of your holiday price depending on the time of year, destination and the individual Property. The amount of the relevant deposit will be advised at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable
Final booking confirmation shall be sent to you on receipt of balance payment in full. We would need the balance deposit in full atleast 10 Days prior to arrival to send formal booking confirmation failing which the rooms shall be subject to availability
All guests are required to provide valid photo identity proof at check-in without fail.
The booking information must include a list of all those passengers travelling with relevant ages for children. Only those listed will be allowed to stay at the respective location unless other arrangements have been agreed and confirmed in writing.
A principal member of the party must acknowledge that the terms & conditions as outlined on the web-site have been read and accepted which he/she will do by completing the on-line booking details. This person is then responsible for all things relating to the booking and the named guests.
We advise that you check the details of any confirmation/invoice immediately and if you have any queries please contact us as soon as possible. We shall not accept responsibility for any inaccuracies that we have not been notified about. After the issue of our confirmation/invoice, should you wish to make any alteration or amendment, this may involve a charge which we will notify you of at the time.
100% retention charges are applicable for cancellation 10 days prior to arrival. No refunds for last minute cancellation
In the event of genuine emergencies, only on a case to case basis subject to management decision we offer a 3 month credit note. However this is done only as an exception and not the norm.
All requests should be made in advance of your departure date and in writing. We aim to accommodate your special requests but we have no legal liability to you if the request has not been complied with. We will always make our best recommendations for additional staff services but we shall not be held responsible for services provided by any third party such as an Owner or local agent etc.
